Siller AG was founded in 1975 by Prof. Horst-Fritz Siller. With over 60 employees, Siller currently serves more than 900 retail customers in Germany, France, Italy, Austria and in Switzerland. Besides an own enterprise resource planning solution for sport retailers and the SAP-based solution “RetailFit”, which is offered jointly by Siller and its cooperation partner Itellium Service GmbH, the company developed the point of sales solution “Siller POS”. The strong growing division of mobile solutions comprises in the meantime also iPhone® and iPad® applications in the business sector. These include applications for the mobile order entry (over iPad® or iPhone® ), mobile stocktaking or online surveys and checklists. The overture is complemented with a continuous service concept, hosting and advisory service.

INTERSYS solution suite – High performance for enterprise resource planning and the point of sale
INTERSYS is the enterprise resource planning system for the associated sports retail trade. It was developed for INTERSPORT Deutschland eG and is in use by 500 sporting goods retailers in Germany, France and Switzerland. INTERSYS is characterized by user-friendliness and the high degree of integration into the process handling of the INTERSPORT headquarters.

MRS Report

Area quality management, branch revision, online questionnaires

For the area quality management:
So far, your audit department has been busy with distributing paper checklists and paper forms as well as with entering incoming faxes of revisers and auditors in controlling systems. Now, by the use of MRS Report, your team can take intensive care of qualitative deeper location development and focus on core tasks not being occupied by manual data re-capturing of reports and purchase orders. The controller obtains essential data for a smooth handling of area control and is able to conduct and complete on-site audits directly without attracting attention.

For the branch revision:
MRS Report is also excellently applicable for the internal revisions. All required checklists can be edited and adapted individually by trained employees on the server side. Measures, audit reports or nonconformity reports are quickly and easily generated and can be distributed to mobile devices (e.g. notebook, tablet PC, Smartphone) at the touch of a button. The creation of test reports takes place directly on the mobile device and is submitted to the headquarters by UMTS/HSDPA. With the help of MRS Report the sales representative can avoid carrying bulky paper forms and calling back to the headquarters. He has all information at his fingertips in digital form by MRS Report.

For online surveys – iPhone®:
With the version 3.0 MRS Report provides the possibility to conduct online surveys with and without user login as an additional function based on standard questionnaires. The user interface adapts hereby to each respective hardware. That way identical surveys are usable on a conventional PC with a web browser, as well as on the iPhone® , Windows Mobile, Blackberry or any other mobile device. Furthermore, quick ad-hoc surveys can also be generated as e.g. customer satisfaction surveys. For this, the strong evaluation attributes of the solution stand by.

Enterprise resource planning - as it were in the pocket:
The permanent inventory and relocations between branches have to be documented meticulously and can be occasionally very time consuming. The mobile device and the new MRS software support this in a rapid, efficient and, most notably, less costly manner than conventional mobile solutions. By manual input on-the-spot all intended articles are re-priced reliably and simply over the new price alteration module. That way you can react prompt on price changes. The delivery of stocks is now nothing but a scanning process with transparent stock figures. Paper hills are now a thing of the past.
